No. Fifty Cheyne Partners With The Chelsea Pensioners To Launch Chelsea Garden Gin

Chelsea Garden Gin

No. Fifty Cheyne has announced a partnership with The Chelsea Pensioners. The Royal Hospital Chelsea, home of the Chelsea Pensioners, have crafted their very own gin, Chelsea Garden Gin which, from the 1st October will be served exclusively at No. Fifty Cheyne.

On a monthly basis, from and including Friday 1st October, Friday lunch will be hosted by former servicemen residing at The Royal Hospital Chelsea. In honour of this, the lunches will be in aid of The Royal Hospital Chelsea, with £1 from every meal and £2 from the Chelsea Garden Gin Cocktail Menu being donated to the charity. The gin is an ideal way to toast the Chelsea Pensioners and the Royal Hospital Chelsea and contribute to this charity at the same time.

The Chelsea Garden Gin Cocktail List has been crafted by their recently appointed Head Barman, George Verez (Chiltern Firehouse, The Art Club, The Connaught Hotel). It features classics including: Royal Hospital Garden Gin, Fever Tree Slimline Tonic, with a fresh cherry and slice of star-fruit. As well as bespoke crafted cocktails such as The Royal Lancer (Royal Hospital Chelsea Garden Gin, grapefruit juice, Campari & St Germain), Ginfantry (Royal Hospital Chelsea Garden Gin, Creme de Mure, fresh lime juice, ginger ale top), Honored Pensioner (Royal Hospital Chelsea Garden Gin, Lillet blanc, cointreau, fresh lemon juice). Head Chef Iain Smith’s new Autumn a la carte menu will also be available, alongside all his much-loved grill dishes.

Inspired by the Gardens at the Royal Hospital Chelsea, blending ripe British Fruits and British Garden Flowers, the gin is balanced with juicy berries, subtle floral notes and a solid Juniper backbone. Perfect to enjoy with your preferred mixer, plenty of ice and Strawberries, Mint or Cucumber to garnish. The gin will also be available by the bottle to take-home and enjoy.

No. Fifty Cheyne’s autumnal floral facade and inflorescent interiors have just blossomed in time for the RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2021. The epicenter of the Show, The Royal Hospital Chelsea, is a short stroll from No. Fifty Cheyne. Especially for the Flower Show. No. Fifty Cheyne opened additional lunch-time services featuring Iain Smith’s brand new Chelsea Flower Show set menus to cater for the added demand – with the menus continuing to be available across this weekend.
